We prioritize official government, hospital, and insurer pages. Each guide shows its sources and access dates. Unsupported operational claims are removed or marked for confirmation.
EDITORIAL POLICY
How Get Care in China content is prepared and maintained
Our goal is to make hospital access and care coordination easier to understand without presenting general information as medical advice.
Scope and authorship
Bluepass Care Coordination Team prepares and approves the content as organizational care-coordination guidance. We do not describe it as individual medical authorship or clinical review.
Review cycle
Insurance, entry, appointment, and hospital-process guides are scheduled for review every 90 days. Other planning guides are reviewed every 180 days, or sooner when a source changes.
Medical boundary
Articles do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend patient-specific tests or treatment, or guarantee hospital acceptance, timing, cost, coverage, or outcome. Licensed clinicians and hospitals make medical decisions.
AI assistance and images
AI tools may assist drafting, organization, or promotional illustration. The Bluepass team reviews the final content. Generated promotional images do not depict real customers, clinicians, staff, or hospital relationships.
Scenarios and corrections
Composite scenarios are clearly labelled and are never presented as testimonials. To report an error or outdated source, email [email protected] with the page URL and correction.
TRANSPARENCY
Dates mean different things
Published, updated, and reviewed dates are displayed separately. A review date means the team checked the article and cited sources; it does not mean a doctor clinically reviewed the content.

Listings are not blanket partnership claims
Network and directory pages describe different levels of available information. A listing alone does not confirm a partnership, international department, language service, or appointment eligibility.
